What it does

Product Feedback gives you a direct line to the sideBar team from inside the app. When you report a bug or request a feature in Chat, sideBar files a report automatically and sends you a link to the issue so you can track it. No need to leave the app, find a support email, or fill out a form.

When sideBar uses it

When you describe a bug or request a feature in conversation. You don’t need any special phrasing, just tell sideBar naturally:
  • “I found a bug with X”
  • “I’d love a feature that does Y”
  • “Something isn’t working right when I Z”
sideBar recognises when you’re giving feedback and handles the rest.

Requirements

  • Tier: Required (always active, cannot be disabled)
  • API key: None required
